In March 2017 the plan commission approved the plans for a development located in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The proposed 69-unit market rate housing development will offer a mix of one and two bedrooms. What makes this development unique is that 12 to 14 of the units will provide amenities and residential support services for autistic persons. This project is a collaboration between Cardinal Capital and Milwaukee Center for Independence. For more information and to learn how you can support this project contact Benjamin Holt at bholt@cardinalcapital.us
